Directions:

Apply one dosage of Topical Methylation Complete twice daily or as your healthcare professional recommends. Apply one pump in the AM and one pump in the PM two-to-three hours before bedtime. Each dosage should be slightly smaller in size than a dime, approximately. For extra dosages, apply one pump three times daily - one pump in AM, one pump mid-afternoon, and one pump two-to-three hours before bedtime, or as your healthcare professional recommends.

Apply the creme above wrists, on the inside of forearms, the inner thighs, or the lower back. Depending on the origin of placement, absorption may vary. Wait at least 30 minutes after application before showering or bathing for maximum absorption, and apply to areas that do not have hair.

Note: B vitamins dissipate from the nervous system within 12 hours. Applying a second dose over 24 hours ensures a constant cycle of these nutrients necessary for health.

Note: Several pumps may be required to dispense the first dose due to the design of the airless pump. The airless pump design protects the stability of the cream at all times during its use. Several pumps may be required to equal the recommended dosage amount depending on the stage of the bottle's usage. Variations in pump amount may occur due to the vacuum pump that protects the cream. Each bottle contains approximately 120 dosages.

Note: Most people take one dose early in the morning and a second dose around dinner time.
