Formula - full ingredients at the bottom

Magnesium Glycinate 500mg - Helps your brain calm down and relaxes your muscles. It's antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties contribute to better sleep and alleviates stress.
Glycine 3g - Helps you reach deep sleep and REM quickly. It also reduces your body temperature and stablises sleep rhythm, improving your overall sleep quality.
L-Theanine 500mg - Helps you relax before bedtime for that deeper and longer sleep cycle. This amino acid helps slow down brain activity, increase dopamine, and reduce anxiety.

Why doesn't PreSleep contain Melatonin?

Yes, Melatonin can help you fall asleep, but did you know that it actually alters your bodys' natural sleep cycle and production of endogenous melatonin? This is why you can feel groggy and restless when you wake up after having taken Melatonin. With prolonged and continuous use, you may become dependent on it to fall asleep.

'Melatonin helps schedule the timing of your sleep, but does not significantly change the quality of your sleep' - Matt Walker, Sleep Scientist
